All quotes are valid for thirty days. Quotes not accepted within this time are subject to review.
2. Terms and Conditions of Sale
Claims for defects, damages or shortages must be made by the customer in writing within a period of ten (10) days after delivery. Failure to make such claims within the stated period shall constitute irrevocable acceptance and an admission that they fully comply with terms, conditions and specifications. Corina Design's liability shall be limited to stated sale price of any defective goods, and shall in no event include special or consequential damages, including profits (or profits lost). As security for payment of any sum due or to become due under terms of any agreement, Corina Design shall have the right, if necessary, to retain possession of and shall have a lien on all customer property in our possession including work in process and finished work. The extension of credit or the acceptance of notes, trade acceptance or guarantee of payment shall not affect such security interest and lien.
It is understood that the quantity received may vary up to plus or minus 10% (based on normal operating procedure). Final billing will be charged or credited accordingly.

Interested in establishing a long-term working relationship? Corina offers open accounts, invoiced monthly, to established clients.
All direct expenses, such as shipping, are billed at cost. All original designs remain the property of the artist until invoices are paid in full. Artist reserves right to show samples of work created, unless client notifies artist that they wish their projects to remain confidential.
5. Original Art
All original materials supplied by the customer (Mechanicals, art, photos, transparencies, etc.) will be returned to the client, upon request, upon completion of the job. All preparatory material produced by Corina Design will remain property of Corina Design.
6. Copyright Material
Copyright materials will not be printed unless accompanied by a signed release of the owner of the copyright or similar documentation allowing its release for print.
7. Corrections/Author's Changes
All changes made by the customer during or after the preparation stage, including copy proof, blueline or press match, will be subject to additional charges. These charges will include all materials, labor and art required to produce the desired change. All additional changes to be made by the customer must be submitted in writing and may require an additional deposit. Author's changes will affect production schedules.
8. Orders Placed On Hold
All orders placed on hold or all proofs out for over 30 days will be cancelled and the customer will be billed for all charges/production cost incurred to date. This may include a stock cancellation fee if applicable.
9. Cancellation of Print Orders
All cancelled print orders will be charged a minimum fee of $50. Orders which have proceeded into the production process will be charged according to the degree of completion at the time of cancellation. Completed jobs will be charged the full quoted price.
10. Quality of Printed Materials
All materials produced through Corina Design will reflect the best possible product based on the paper stock selected and the quality of the materials (art, photos, transparencies, film etc.) provided by the customer.
11. Proofs/Color Proofing
Corina Design will submit prepress proofs along with original copy for the customer's review and approval. Corrections will be returned to Corina Design on a proof authorization marked "O.K.", "O.K." with corrections", or "Revised proof required" and signed by the customer. Until the proof authorization is received, no additional work will be performed. Corina Design will not be responsible for undetected production errors if proofs are not required by the customer, if the work is printed per the customer's O.K., or if authorization, corrections, or waivers are communicated verbally by the customer. Standard turnaround time for proofing by a customer is 24 hours. A delay in returning a proof could directly affect delivery. When a proof returns after an undue amount of time, the job does not simply retain its order of priority within the plant schedule. It must be completely rescheduled to avoid "bumping" other clients. Because of differences in equipment, paper, inks and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in color between color proofs and the completed job is to be expected. When variation of this kind occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance.
12. Proof Shipping
Standard printed proof delivery is via US Mail, and there is no additional charge for that delivery. Should you need a faster proof delivery, Corina Design charges a $20.00 fee for overnight delivery of your proof via Federal Express. Overnight proof delivery allows for shorter turnaround times and tighter scheduling of your job. We ask that you return your proof with the okayed proof sheet as soon as possible.
13. Electronic Manuscript or Image
It is the customer's responsibility to maintain a copy of any original file. Corina Design is not responsible for accidental damage to media supplied by the customer or for the accuracy of furnished input or final output. Until digital input can be evaluated by the provider, no claims or promises are made about Corina Design's ability to work with jobs submitted in digital format, and no liability is assumed for problems that may arise. Any additional translating, editing or programming needed to utilize customer-supplied files will be charged at prevailing rates.
All prices are quoted for a single shipment. Special priority pickup or delivery service will be provided at current rates upon customer's request. Because of the weight of coated paper, most customers choose to ship their order via ground (UPS or truck). Air shipping is available at an up charge. Please be sure to specify your shipping method's) and all destinations at order entry. Changes in shipping destinations or methods may delay your order and/or result in a $25.00 handling fee.
15. Drop Shipping
If you would like the order to be shipped to a third party, please be sure to include the address, phone number and a contact name for the drop shipment. Also be sure to arrange for payment prior to drop shipment. Multiple drop shipments are available at an additional charge of $25.00 per shipment or address.
16. Turnaround Time
Turnaround times are quoted in working business days, and do not include weekends or holidays. Extended proof time, special order materials, or extenuating circumstances on the part of the customer may delay production and shipping dates.
17. Rush Service
Rush Service is available at an additional cost. This service is available for jobs requested earlier than the specified production time.
18. Website Design Packages
Website design will begin with the home page. Once the home page design is approved, a template interior page will be designed based on the look of the home page. All packages require that the client approve the design and look of the home page and then interior template page before the remainder of the site is created. All interior pages will follow the same template as the sample interior page. Interior pages may be customized at the client's request and that additonal time will be billed hourly.
